It's not a permanent addition to the lineup but CBS 2 News will air a 4:00 broadcast today. It's due to CBS Sports' coverage of the U.S. Open men's championship, which begins at 5:00 and will preempt the usual 5:00 and 6:00 newscasts.
This is the first time the tennis tournament has been scheduled for this day from the start as opposed to it being forced due to postponements caused by rain.
